“Oh, when she’s angry, she is keen and shrewd!
And though she be but little, she is fierce.” -Helena
This may seem widely over quoted and printed on canvas bags and T-shirt’s everywhere but for better or worse, it describes me to a tee. I’m 5’2” and when I’m angry, I somehow manage to turn my obstacles into my best qualities.
My name is Paige Felger and I am an actor, writer and producer. I work in all mediums- film, TV and theatre. I grew up singing and dancing so I dabble in those a little bit as well. I also enjoy doing voiceover work and am looking to do more work in that department soon. I recently graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in drama (Atlantic Acting School and Stonestreet Studios). I am New York City based but grew up in the small town of Alliance, Ohio.
Recently, I had the pleasure of co-producing and acting in a women-led equity showcase code production of Independence by Lee Blessing at Alchemical Theatre Laboratory (Sherry). It was directed by Elizabeth A Davis (Tony Nom, Once) and SRĐA VASILJEVIĆ (B’way Spring Awakening). Independence was nominated for a New York Innovative Theatre Award. For more info about Independence, check out my “news” page.
After working on Indpendence, it became apparent that I am passionate about uplifting women’s voices and creating women focused projects. I intend to continue to do so. I’m happiest when working on comedy (especially dark comedy) and I love to make people laugh. Shameless and Nurse Jackie are two of my all time favorite TV shows and I dream about one day working on a similar show.
I’m spunky, straightforward, hard working, ambitious and have a good sense of humor. When I’m not acting, you’ll catch me watching football (proud Cleveland Browns fan), drinking too much coffee while exploring someplace new or annoying my cat.
PS- I may or may not have one of those canvas bags
